Binary Sky Publishing creates bespoke wedding music in a way that is both creative and practical. Commissions are handled in house by the Binary Sky team, which keeps creative direction, quality control and delivery consistent from brief to final masters.

What we can create for your wedding

Bespoke instrumentals
Perfect for aisle walks, signing the register, drinks receptions and reflective moments. We can write for piano, strings, acoustic guitar, cinematic ensemble or any palette that fits your day.

A song written from your story
A first dance or centrepiece song with a clear melody and emotional arc, built around your story and the mood you want to remember.

Multiple moments, one musical theme
If you want a connected feel across the day, we can create variations of the same theme. For example, a ceremony version, a first dance version and a shorter highlight edit for video.

Music designed for live performers
If you have a singer, band or instrumentalists such as a string quartet or solo violin, we can provide performance ready notation, including:

  • Full score where relevant
  • Parts PDFs for each player
  • Optional MusicXML where needed

If you would like a physical memento, we can also supply beautifully formatted, printed and bound sheet music of your commission. This can be a keepsake for you, your family or the musicians who performed it.

How the process works

We come back with a simple plan that covers the shape of the piece, what we will deliver and an outline of timings and pricing. If you are happy, we lock in the booking and start writing.

Delivery and formats

Depending on your needs, delivery can include:

  • WAV and MP3 masters ready for venue playback
  • Alternate timing edits and cut down versions
  • Instrumental versions
  • Stems for videographers and editors
  • Score and parts PDFs, and MusicXML when agreed

Wedding commissions are quoted based on scope, deadline, deliverables and whether you need versions or notation.

What happens after you submit

Once we receive your wedding music request, we will review the details and come back with a clear quote and timeline before anything begins.

You will typically receive:

  • A short confirmation of scope (where the music is used, timing and deliverables)
  • A quote and timeline for first version and final delivery
  • First version delivery, followed by the included revision rounds
  • Final files clearly labelled and ready for venue playback, plus any agreed versions
